Tiny Tales Dance! Where classes provide a unique and effective way to introduce children to the world of stories and dance. By combining dance, music and movement with a diverse range of themes, these classes help children develop a lifelong love for books and reading. As well as focusing on childrens physical development and learning the core principles of dance, Tiny Tales Dance also prioritise building children's self-esteem and confidence. Classes support children's personal, social and emotional skills through mindfulness activities during the weekly sessions. Tiny Tale Dancers might only be little, but just like us, they have big emotions. Most importantly, their classes provide a safe environment to make special memories with your Tiny Tales Dancer. Come along and experience the magic for yourself. Classes are ran at Ignite Studios (Studio 1) on Tuesdays & Fridays 10:15-11:00.

The Pilates Scientist! Offers small group mat pilates classes for all abilities in addition to the latest pre and post natal Pilates courses, and 1-1 sessions are also available.
Boost pilates is held on Mondays 18.30-19.30.
Over 50s pilates is Wednesdays 10.30-11.30.
The pre-natal pilates course runs for 6 weeks and is on Mondays 5.45-6.30.
The post-natal pilates course also runs for 6 weeks and is on Wednesdays 09.30-10.15.
PAYG or block payment options are available.

Bump to Baby Fitness offers weekly classes designed for mums of all fitness levels, from pregnancy through to toddlerhood. Enjoy feel-good workouts that fit around your little one and meet other mums in a relaxed, supportive environment.
BUMP:
Tuesdays, 7:30PM and now Thursdays too!
A safe, full-body workout tailored to all trimesters (from 12 weeks pregnant until birth). Stay active during pregnancy, meet other expectant mums, and enjoy a fun, laid-back atmosphere.
BABY:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30AM
A gentle, postnatal workout for mums and babies, suitable from your postnatal checkup to 12 months. Rebuild strength and connect with other new mums while your baby joins in the fun!
TOTS:
Thursdays, 9:30AM
A full-body workout for mums with toddlers aged 12 months and older. Stay fit while your little one plays and makes new friends in a fun, relaxed setting.

Senior fitness with Connor Inskip
This is a senior fitness class, both seated and standing. It is suitable for all, has a big social aspect, improves strength and balance, as well as a place for you to make new friends.
This class is held at Ignite Studios (Studio 2) on Wednesdays from 10.00-11.00.
The first session is free, then the class is £8 PAYG after that.
